I hear way too often that people think potatoes ? and bagels ? are *bad*. ⁣

[It seems to be all of the carbs, isn’t it?!]⁣

Have you ever avoided white potatoes or bagels to help with weight loss? ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️⁣

✅ Truth: YES, English muffins and bagels, sweet potatoes and white potatoes provide DIFFERENT amounts of nutrients (carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins, etc.)⁣
because they are DIFFERENT foods!⁣

That doesn’t make any of them *bad*! ⁣

More important things to consider: ⁣
? are bagels ALL you eat or do you include a variety of different foods?⁣
? do you eat more bagels than you do fruits and vegetables? ⁣
? what do you tell yourself WHILE you’re eating the bagel? ⁣
