40 g cornflour
50cl of skimmed milk
1 pinch of nutmeg
Salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation of the recipe
In a bowl, mix the cornflour in half the cold milk.

Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a saucepan. Pour the mixture into the cornflour and whip. Let thicken over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula. Salt, pepper and flavor with nutmeg.
