Sometimes people say they wish they had my motivation to go to the gym 6 days a week. The truth is, I don’t actually need motivation now as training is just part of my routine and has grown into habit. It’s no longer a conscious choice of shall I go, I don’t really feel like it today, etc etc…

In the beginning, yes it did take some motivation, especially up to the point where I first started seeing results. If it’s something you truly want to do, you will find a way to do it. If it’s not, you won’t. My view is, if you’re lucky enough to be in a position where you have the potential to improve your health and lifestyle, why the hell wouldn’t you?
