Full Day Of Eating! 🌈
Another full day of eating post for you! Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring! It should be fun so it can be SUSTAINABLE!!!!
🔸BREAKFAST: Chocolate protein overnight oats with strawberries (All of the protein powders I use are from @1stphorm Link in Bio ⬆️- Click for free shipping!).
🔸SNACK 1: Hard boiled egg, blackberries and blueberries (Love this combo lately😍!)
🔸LUNCH: A big bowl of sautéed kale, roasted butternut squash, yellow zucchinis, tomato, curried chicken, tri-color quinoa, avocado and kraut.
🔸SNACK 2: Rice cakes with cream cheese, cucumber and dill – sweet peppers and black sesame seeds.
🔸DINNER: Big salad bowl with baby spinach, chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green olives, avocado, pecan and apple chunks (salad dressing is balsamic vinegar, himalayan salt, black pepper and juice of lime).
🔸SNACK 3: Aka “Netflix Snack”; fruit and nut mix I combined for myself with; raw almonds, pecans, hazelnut, pumpkins, raisins, cranberries, goji berries, dark chocolate chips.
💪🏻Today is my day 12 of the challenge and my weight is always around the same range.. Sometimes I weigh less and sometimes a bit more but I don’t care about the scales! I took my photos and measurements and despite the fact that I have been eating out often lately I started seeing results already!
