To make sweet potatoes, preheat oven to 425. Slice sweet potatoes thinly and toss with oil (I like to use avocado oil) along with seasoning of choice (here I used @primalpalate New Bae Seasoning but I also like to use garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, etc.) Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until crisp. To melt cheese, remove from oven, spread cheese on and broil on high for 3-4 minutes until melted.
