Bomb pops are a MUST for the 4th of July. ?They’re A.) delicious B.)festive and C.) nostaligic AF! I remember enjoying them as a kid and eating them today (artificial colors and all!) reminds me of my childhood, giving me ALL of the feels. ? Now, so many struggle with eating ANYTHING that was “unnatural”, to the point where it isolates us at big events, like a 4th of July BBQ. ?Been there! Diet culture says that we’re “bad” for putting these things into our bodies.

?Spoiler alert! ?That stress that those “only eat clean” rules are having on you might be doing MORE damage than just eating the gosh darn bomb pop! ?Stress impacts the way out body functions, and not in the most fabulous of ways. It can decrease our ability to listen to our hunger and fullness cues, slow digestion, and so much more.

This 4th of July, enjoy your food. ❤️??Both the fruit AND the bomb pops! They both “fit”. They’re both perfectly fine choices. ?‍♀️Pick what you want and what will satisfy you. Then? Move on and make some freakin’ memories!
