Is it really possible to eat so much food and still feel hungry???⠀

??‍♀️If you devour your meals in 2 minutes, it is possible you might be still feeling hungry!⠀
It takes approximately 20 MINUTES from the time you start eating for your brain to send out signals of fullness!⠀

Here are 3 tips what you can do⬇️⠀
1️⃣ Chew your food and eat slower!⠀
Eat your meals in a calm environment (I love eating in nature, while watching squirrels-watch my story squirrel ? ). Put down your utensils between bites and try to chew at least 20 times.⠀
2️⃣ Wait 20 minutes after you eat.⠀
If you don’t have the chance to do the things above, try to wait for 20 minutes before you eat something else (unless you are certain your meal is balanced and have enough calories). You’ll realize you are no longer hungry cause your brain has the signals!⠀
3️⃣ Don’t wait until you’re starving!⠀
If you wait too long between meals, you’ll more likely to binge! You won’t realize you’re actually full. So try to eat every 3-4 hours if you find yourself eating too much in your meals.⠀

??These are lessons I’ve learned and still struggle time to time! Don’t feel lonely! But we can fight against it as long as we are aware!
