✔️It is not necessary to avoid eggs due to cholesterol as for most people dietary cholesterol does not impact blood cholesterol levels (unless you are a hyper responder – discuss this with your doctor)

➡️ In most people when dietary intake of cholesterol increases, the amount produced by the body decreases in order to maintain an optimal level in our blood. High levels of saturated fat intake are what increase cholesterol.

✔️Whole eggs are a great way to get in protein, Vitamin E, B Vitamins, Omega-3s and Selenium. Most of the nutrients are found in the YOLK so don’t throw it out!
