Not Always Smooth
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some smoothies (and 2 of the Boost Juice range) can end up being a calorie bomb containing similar calories to 4 soft serve cones!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
?If you’re watching your weight then make your smoothie healthy by:
• Make it vegetable based with a maximum of 1 piece of fruit
• Use a blender that keeps all the fibre in (I.e. doesn’t remove the skins on fruit and veg)
• Include a protein source- milk, milk alternative, yoghurt or protein powder
• Some healthy fats like nuts or chia are also a good addition

If you’re watching your weight then some healthier smoothie choices at @boost_juice include the Pure Eden Smoothie, Wondermelon and Grape escape

We all know that feeling when you order a dish at a restaurant and it comes out looking like a work of art on a plate. But what about when you try to recreate that same masterpiece at home and end up with a sad, lopsided version instead? We’ve all been there…probably more times than we’d like to admit.

Take for example the classic Pinterest fail of the beautifully decorated cake that ends up looking like a hot mess with lopsided layers and mismatched frosting. Or how about the attempt at making a gourmet dinner that turns into a burnt disaster that not even the dog would touch? We’ve all had our fair share of kitchen mishaps, that’s for sure.

But hey, don’t worry! We all have to start somewhere, right? And the best part about cooking is that even if your dish doesn’t turn out as Instagram-worthy as you hoped, it still tastes pretty darn good. So, embrace those kitchen fails and keep on experimenting. Who knows, maybe one day you’ll be the next MasterChef in your own home!
