Whenever you find yourself having eaten past fullness it’s important to firstly identify why the situation happened. Most people go right to “How can I fight the urge to do it?!” VS “Why did this happen?”.

Recently on our weekly group coaching calls in @the_socieaty a member had asked about this. She wanted to know how to overcome eating to an uncomfortable point so I walked her through these two causes for a binge and provided ideas on how to overcome the one that was the issue.

Rather than trying to “white knuckle it” after a binge or time of eating past fullness think critically about it.
