If you have a craving for ice cream, eat ice cream. If you want to have some salty, buttery popcorn, have it. If you want to have some tart cherries to help potentially improve your quality of sleep you have permission! ✅

?♀️There are literally NO rules.

I do eat something sweet most nights. I just crave it and that’s ok. Sometimes it’s some coconut or banana cream pie (made both recently using @sallysbakeblog recipes- highly recommend!) and sometimes it’s some freeze dried fruit for something lighter.

If you have cravings, honor them and do so while listening to your body.❤️ If implementing some gentle nutrition, like the tart cherry example, wouldn’t take away from your satisfaction & enjoyment then do that!

There is no “right” or “wrong”. It’s fine to eat ANY foods at night. Your body doesn’t operate on a day-in-day-out punching of the clock. You have permission to eat any food at 8am or 8pm. Seriously. If you avoid it? You’re likely to set yourself up for a binge.
