Whilst my focus area is Volume Eating (free course via link in bio if you haven’t signed up yet), which has a focus on eating lots of lower calorie density foods – I still eat healthy high fat, more calorie dense foods regularly. Volume eating does not mean avoiding foods, it’s about managing portions based on calorie density,
Peanut butter, nuts, olive oil, seeds and cheese are some that I eat daily.
Do you avoid any of these foods?
Or eat them regularly?
