• Mix the peas & grains and heat for about 1’30 in the microwave.
• Add a tin of tuna and some pre prepared haloumi (chopped) or feta.
• Eat
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As you can see- most of my lunches and dinners are simple and certainly not fancy. But I always make sure they include
