There are many foods in the health food aisle that market aspects that IMPLY they are are healthy when they are actually far from it.
.
This is a good example. The product on the left contains oats and nuts (healthy) and markets the fibre content, absence of artificial ingredients and use of ‘natural’ and organic ingredients
.
However, when you look at the nutrition information panel you will see it contains about the same calories as 2 Mars bars, has loads of saturated fat and over 4 teaspoons of added sugar (even ‘natural’ honey is a sugar)

Well folks, it seems like we’ve got a real doozy on our hands today. The age-old debate between cats and dogs. It’s a tale as old as time, with both sides fiercely defending their furry friends.
On one paw, we have the loyal, loving dog. Always there to greet you with a wagging tail and sloppy kisses. Who needs an alarm clock when you have a dog eager to wake you up at the crack of dawn for their morning walk? And let’s not forget about their impressive trick repertoire – from rolling over to playing dead, these pups are always ready to impress.
On the other paw, we have the independent, mysterious cat. Able to spend hours lounging in the sun or chasing a laser pointer, cats certainly have a way of keeping us on our toes. And who could forget the joy of finding a “present” left for you in the form of a dead mouse? Truly the gift that keeps on giving.
But at the end of the day, whether you’re a cat person or a dog person, we can all agree that our pets hold a special place in our hearts. So let’s put aside our differences and come together to appreciate the unconditional love and companionship they bring into our lives. Love them or loathe them, our furry friends are always there for us, and that’s something to celebrate.
