Using ACV as a Tasty Addition to Salad Dressing

While ACV does make a delicious ingredient for salad dressings with some other potential benefits, some claims made about it are just outright ridiculous! [I am referring to ingestion only- any topical applications do not fall into my area of expertise] See ??

Given the impact on gut microbiome and the increasing evidence of the positive impact of gut health in so many areas, ACV is probably good to include but no need to go overboard. If you want to try it then check with Dr about any interactions with medications or medical conditions. 1-2 Tablespoons daily is ample if you choose to use it. For me- I’ll use on salads but I skip the shots!

Well folks, grab your morning coffee and settle in for a chuckle because we’re discussing the ever-present phenomenon of “dad jokes.” We all know them – those eye-roll inducing quips from our fathers that are equal parts cringeworthy and endearing. Whether it’s a classic “Why couldn’t the bicycle stand up by itself? Because it was two-tired!” or a timely “I’m reading a book on anti-gravity, it’s impossible to put down,” dads everywhere are masters of the cheesy one-liner.

These jokes may not always land with the kids, but that’s part of the charm, isn’t it? Like a worn pair of slippers or a well-loved recliner, dad jokes are a comforting constant in our lives. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t appreciate a good groan-inducing pun every now and then?

So next time your dad drops a cringeworthy zinger at the dinner table, just remember – he’s probably just trying to lighten the mood and make you smile. And hey, if nothing else, at least you can always count on him for a laugh, even if it’s at his own expense. Cheers to all the dads out there keeping the dad joke tradition alive and well!
