Eggs are F-A-B! They’re convenient, affordable, tasty aaaaaand an all-around nutrient powerhouse. Plus, eggs are recommended for healthy adults as part of a heart-healthy diet according to the American Heart Association! Did ya know February is American Heart Month?! Well, now ya do!

Here are a few of my fave ways to enjoy eggs:

?On a sandwich!
?♀️ As baked egg cups/muffins for when on-the-go (whisk, add veggies/cheese/seasoning if you wish, fill a muffin tin, then bake at 350 degrees F for ~20min)
? In an avocado (replace the pit with an egg and then bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 min!)
? In pancakes! (my blender oat pancakes on my blog are my fave! Search for them at the link in my bio!)
