Who wants some CREAMY “BUTTERY” GARLIC PASTA and SWEET and SPICY BALSAMIC CHICKEN?! Made this for dinner the other night…SO GOOD! The sauce is super easy, and it’s yogurt based with a little ghee for a nice buttery touch. Happy Tuesday loves! Hope your week is going well. My birthday is Friday, and I’m spending the week doing some things for myself (while still trying to get work done!)…Ice cream with breakfast was a good call today…and I am thinking I want some more as my afternoon snack ? Does anyone else believe that birthdays last an entire week ? ?!



Deets: 1 pound @butcher_box Chicken marinated (for about an hour) in 2 tablespoons balsamic, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon sriracha, 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, salt and pepper. I seared the chicken for 2 minute per side on medium high then air fried it for about 8 minutes on 350 (depends on how thick it is). @eatbanza chickpea Pasta with sauce: 1/2 cup @siggisdairy Lactose free yogurt (or dairy free or plain Greek), 1 teaspoon of coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon @vitalfarms Ghee, 1 garlic clove grated, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix together well, toss with pasta, steamed spinach and tomatoes. Plus some avocado on the side. •
