Here’s a FUN holiday spin on our favorite Smoothie Prep Packs!

In EACH freezer bag I added:
1 heaping cup fresh organic baby spinach
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds {FREEZE these bags for future use, use within 2-4 weeks}
Pull one freezer bag out if the freezer, then add to the blender with:
Ingredients to add to the blender:
1 cup Greek yogurt, well chilled
1.5 cups pure pomegranate juice, well chilled
3-4 ice cubes
How to Make It:
In a blender, combine the frozen ingredients with the yogurt and pomegranate juice.
Puree until smooth. Add additional liquid if necessary, or desired.
Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses and serve immediately. ❤Rachel
