Buffalo Cauliflower Wings! Which would you choose? Cauliflower wings make a grea…

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings! Which would you choose? Cauliflower wings make a great healthier alternative to the traditional chicken wing. Did you know that one fried chicken wing with the skin on can be close to 150 calories and 10g fat per piece?! Cauliflower wings give you the same flavor and a similar crunchy texture, just with less calories and fat! They make a great appetizer for football games as well as holiday parties, too!

Recipe:
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into pieces
1/2 cup flour of choice (I used brown rice flour)
1/3 cup milk of choice- may add more if batter too thick
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
Sea salt and pepper
1/3 cup hot sauce
1 tsp olive oil

Directions: Preheat oven to 450°F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, and spices until thick batter forms. In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and olive oil, setting aside for later. Place cauliflower into batter and coat. Remove excess batter and place on a greased baking sheet. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and toss in hot sauce to coat. Place back on baking sheet and cook for another 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove and enjoy!

Serving tip: use @siggisdairy plain and mix in a few bleu cheese crumbles in place of ranch or traditional bleu cheese dressing!
