I spent a lot of time cleaning this weekend and I feel much more grounded…something about a clean house! Listening to Christmas music and doing some cooking this afternoon before the football game starts. What did you do this weekend?

Deets: @sitkasalmonshares seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme and a little cayenne. Seared for 3 mins per side on medium heat. Steamed broccolini with olive oil and vegan Parmesan. RISOTTO: one bag of frozen cauliflower rice, 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, 1 teaspoon bouillon, 1/3 cup water, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Bring all to a boil, mix well, then reduce heat to medium low and allow to cook for about ten minutes until liquid has been absorbed. Add 1 tablespoon @seedsofcollaboration tahini and mix well. Optional: add a tablespoon of ghee or butter. •
