Fall means FOOTBALL FOOD! AIR FRIED SWEET AND SPICY SESAME SHISHITOS with CREAMY SWEET CHILI DIP and GINGER GARLIC SALMON! These shishitos were inspired by my birthday dinner the other night…I had the most amazing sesame shishitos and decided I immediately needed to try making some of my own. These came out so good! Super easy in the air fryer but you could also easily do these in the oven. I used @mrm_usa lucuma powder in this recipe, and it added another layer of sweetness to these babies. Lucuma is actually a fruit powder with a slight sweet potato flavor. Hope you’re all having a fabulous week! I can’t believe it’s almost Friday. Recipe: 8 ounces shishito peppers, 1 T coconut oil, 1 T coconut aminos, 1 tsp coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp @mrm_usa lucuma powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 2 T sesame seeds, 1 tsp sriracha. 1. Preheat air fryer to 360. 2. Toss peppers in the oil and aminos. 3. Sprinkle each the salt, onion powder, sesame seeds and lucuma powder over the peppers. 4. Coat and toss the peppers with sesame seed. 5. Drizzle the sriracha over the top. 6. Air fry for about 7 minutes until blistering and charred. Creamy Sweet Chili Dip:
2 T yogurt, 1/2 T mayonnaise, 1 T sweet chili sauce, 1/2 tsp mined garlic (or garlic powder). Salmon: seasoned with garlic powder, ginger, salt/pepper, coconut aminos and seared in coconut oil. •
