FOUR INGREDIENT PIZZA CRUST…VEGAN, GRAIN FREE, OIL FREE and delicious! Recipe below. Starting off the week with some PIZZA always is a winning idea…at least in my book 🤷‍♀️ I made this crust yesterday and I literally wanted it again today, plus it takes no time at all. Honestly, I woke up today feeling like 💩 and I slept till 8:25 which is unlike me. But, rest was what my body called for. After some errands, a workout, a smoothie and this for lunch…I’m feeling good. I hope you’re all enjoying your Monday babes!



Crust: 5 tablespoons (37 grams) coconut flour, 2 teaspoons (10 grams) psyllium husk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon @kitehillfoods yogurt, 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water, any spices you want. Form and mix the ingredients into a ball of dough. Flatten into a crust on greased parchment paper, bake crust for about 15 mins on 430 degrees (I flipped halfway to ensure both sides cooked evenly. Topped this crust with my cauliflower beet spread (recipe soon), roasted asparagus, fried @vitalfarms eggs, avocado, farmers cheese, @seedsofcollaboration tahini, pumpkin seeds and micro greens.
