?Hand-mashed ‘cheezy’ chickpea spread, avo, tomatoes and cukes?This ‘cheezy’ spread is kind of like a deconstructed falafel!!! It’s so versatile and insanely yummy. ?Have a fab day friends.
?Mix dressing: 2 tbsp tahini, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1-2 tsp sriracha (optional), 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp olive oil (optional). In separate bowl add: 1-15 oz can chickpeas(rinsed and drained) + 3 tbsp nutritional yeast. Use fork to mix nutritional yeast into chickpeas and roughly mash chickpeas. Add dressing to chickpea mixture and use a spoon to mix well. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust lemon juice and sriracha as desired. .
