Happy #FRYDAY and #WORLDVEGANDAY! AIR FRIED BARBECUE CAULIFLOWER WINGS and DAIRY FREE FRENCH ONION DIP! One of my favorite vegan snacks or sides. Made these the other day and ate a whole plate for lunch! Recipe below! Happy weekend loves. Any good plans? •

Deets: 1/2 head cauliflower cut up into “wings.” Make a batter with 3/4 cup garbanzo Bean Flour (or regular flour), 3/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chili Powder (optional). Dip cauliflower in batter and shake off excess. Air fry on 390 for ten minutes. Remove, brush with bbq sauce and air fry for another 5-7 minutes. Toss with more sauce if you want! DIP: 1/2 cup dairy free Greek style yogurt, 1 tablespoon vegan mayo, 1 tablespoon onion granules, 1/2 teaspoon coconut aminos, pinch of salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons chopped scallions. •
