How about celebrating PASTA SUNDAY with this DAIRY FREE CREAMY SPICY TOMATO PASTA with KALE and FETA! (completely Vegan!) I’m making a batch of this pasta as we speak and I cannot wait to devour it. Just five ingredients to make this sauce and it is so worth it. Happy Sunday loves. How was everyone’s weekend? Mine has been great, but wasn’t feeling super hot yesterday. I still managed to relax on the beach despite. We had 6 kids here all weekend…lots of dancing, good food, video games, beach time, birthday celebrating. I have to get some work done today, but feeling like my heart is full ❤️ what did you do this weekend?



Deets: SAUCE: 1 cup jarred tomato/pasta sauce (I used @otamotfoods), 3 tablespoons almond milk yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 tablespoon hot sauce (or more). Heat the ingredients in a sauce pan and mix well to combine. Pour over pasta! I used gluten free rigatoni and tossed with sautéed kale (sautéed in olive oil with some garlic and lemon) and roasted tomatoes, this delicious sauce, and topped with fresh basil and dairy free feta balls (I used @violife_foods). •
