Hump 🐪 Day eats…in my stories today…But this DAIRY FREE RANCH CHICKEN and CUMIN GARLIC GNOCCHI hit the spot last night. It came together in no time and tasted amazing. Thanks @healthymoodsf For the gnocchi inspo. I ended up dipping the gnocchi in some homemade guacamole too…last minute decisions. 🤷‍♀️ I’m in the kitchen today and have lots of surprises coming your way. How is your week going? Deets: chicken: 2 large chicken breast in a marinate of 1/2 cup @kitehillfoods yogurt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon fresh dill, 1/4 teaspoon pepper…let marinate for 1 hour, then bake on 400 for about 8 minutes then take out and pour over 1-2 tablespoons of coconut aminos and bake for about 2-3 minutes until done. Gnocchi: thaw a bag of @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi and heat 1.5 teaspoons ghee over medium high, add the gnocchi and sauté for about 5 minutes then add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and sauté for a bit longer. Broccolini was roasted. •
