Hump Day Feels: SESAME HONEY MUSTARD GLAZED SALMON AND SMASHED GARLICKY FINGERLINGS AND 2-INGREDIENT TAHINI DIP! Happy Wednesday loves! Hope you’re all having a fabulous week. If you caught my stories yesterday I showed some of my salmon tips. If you’re interested I will add to my highlights. Made this yesterday and enjoyed it for dinner last night. Super easy to make! Served it with some @lef_farms greens and avocado coated in sesame seeds. SO YUMMMM! My boyfriend isn’t the biggest salmon fan but he loved this. Are you a fan of salmon? If not, this sesame honey mustard would be good on just about any protein! And the dip…one of my faves. •

Deets: wild salmon steak sliced in half (I removed bone from middle), seasoned with a little Chinese five spice, salt and pepper, then seared on medium heat in butter or coconut oil for 2 minutes per side in cast iron (I add a little coconut aminos to the pan as well). Then glazed with a mixture of 2 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon Greek style yogurt, 1 teaspoon coconut aminos, 1 clove minced garlic and a couple drops of sesame oil (just fit flavor). Fingerlings: boil for about 10 minutes until soft, then use a cup to press them down and “smash” them. Toss in some oil mixed with a clove of minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. You can air fry them for about 8 minutes on 390, bake them for 20 on 400, or pan fry them on medium highflier a few minutes per side. No matter which method, be sure to flip halfway. Tahini sauce: mix some tahini with some coconut aminos to taste! If you want it thicker then add a tiny bit of yogurt. •
