I deleted my post by accident!!! Happy “cheesy” FRYday ?! If you follow me you know my love for fries runs deep ? Today I made some parsley russet AND sweet potato fries and used my dairy free cheese sauce that I used for my Mac and cheese yesterday to dip…the result…BOMB! Deets: I cut up russet potatoes and sweet potatoes into wedges, tossed in some @fourthandheart ghee, @primalpalate seasoning and fresh parsley. Baked for about 25 mins at 450. Paired with the sauce and topped with scallions.
