I was feeling some pizza ? today! Since I have all the time in the world while I wait for Direct TV to show up, I figured let’s do it! Made a cauliflower pizza crust, and topped it with a “cheesy” vegan nutritional yeast spread, @organicgirl arugula, sun dried tomatoes, sautéed summer squash/onion/baby bellas/peppers, avocado, organic turkey BACON, fresh basil, olive oil drizzle and @heatandflavor jalapeño hot sauce! Might be the best pizza I’ve made in a long time. ?♀️ and yes, I ate the entire thing! DO IT! Happy Thursday loves! Hope you’re having an amazing day! •

Recipe for Crust:
-1/2 head of cauliflower riced in food processor
-4 egg whites
-2 tbls @nutiva coconut flour
-Himalayan salt/pepper/oregano

Preheat oven to 425. Squeeze all the water out of cauliflower with @elliesbest nut milk bag. Use code STAR10 for 10% off your own nut milk bag from @elliesbest! Mix together all the ingredients with the cauliflower and form a ball. Spray parchment paper with @chosenfoods avocado oil and form a crust with the ball. Bake for about 15-20 mins until cooked through. Take out of oven and top it off then broil for about 5 mins! •
