I’ve been nicknamed sweet potato addict since I got here because I’ve literally been eating them non-stop since I got here. Nigerian sweet potatoes are frigging delicious! They’re firm like regular potatoes but intensely sweet. Imagine eating the crispiest, sweetest, perfectly browned chips… that’s what these where. I ate two whole sweet potatoes. And you may think that’s nothing until you see the size of potatoes out here. Once I get a minute I’ll show you in my stories ?
