My go-to when I don’t know what I want – #buddhabowls ? Today it’s filled with paprika & cumin baked wedges, edamame, homemade hummus, ?? and baby leaf salad. I tossed the salad leaves in extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice then sprinkled with sumac. Very simple but very tasty!

Did you know that a too much salt in your diet can be a huge contributor to bloating?
