Fiber adds bulk to our diet , aids in satiety + allows us to maintain regularity ?Fiber comes in two forms- soluble + insoluble. Soluble helps promote good cholesterol like HDL + decrease bad cholesterol LDL while Insoluble helps bulk our stool ??
