Hello babes! 🤗 This evening + I’m talking about fiber today! Men, you need 38 grams/day + Women we need 25 grams/day. Fiber adds bulk to our diet , aids in satiety + allows us to maintain regularity 💩Fiber comes in two forms- soluble + insoluble. Soluble helps promote good cholesterol like HDL + decrease bad cholesterol LDL while Insoluble helps bulk our stool 👌🏼
