TACO-ish TUESDAY bowl! When you have an abundance of ripe avocado you make cilantro avocado Crema ? I’ve posted this recipe before but I’m posting again. Happy Tuesday loves! I literally have had the worst day full of mini crises…but I’m trying to breathe through it and remind myself that everything is going to be ok ?Had this loaded bowl is earlier before I had to scoot out of the house, and it took no time to throw together! Deets: Arugula, smoked salmon, cabbage, sautéed broccolini, soft boiled @vitalfarms eggs, roasted plantains (sliced, tossed in avocado oil and sprinkled with salt and roasted on 400 for about 20 mins, flipping halfway), Avocado crema: one ripe avocado, a tablespoon coconut cream, 1/4 cup Cilantro, tablespoon of lime juice and salt to taste. Process in food processor or blend in a blender!
