TACO TUESDAY made better with leftovers! Been running around all morning and was HUNGRY! Soooo, I heated up some leftover garlic roasted veggies, leftover BBQ SPICED SALMON and fried up an egg, sautéed some mushrooms and LUNCH happened. DEETS: TWO @sietefoods cassava and coconut tortillas. 1️⃣ Arugula, roasted asparagus (seasoned with lemon zest and garlic), sautéed red peppers, shredded cabbage, @eatmarkethouse wild salmon seasoned with @primalpalate bbq rub and seared in coconut oil, micro greens and a drizzle of @seedsofcollaboration tahini. 2️⃣ Kale lightly sautéed in lemon juice, coconut oil and coconut aminos, leftover sweet potatoes seasoned with paprika and salt, mushrooms sautéed in just coconut aminos, avocado, red peppers, @vitalfarms egg and micro greens drizzled with tahini. •
