Toasting to Tuesday! Clearly I’ve been on a Japanese sweet potato ? kick this week…they’re just so versatile! It’s another beautiful day here in Boston and I plan on getting some time outside in the sunshine!!! I have a new no-sugar-added brownie batter spread coming to the blog today! What are your favorite toast toppings???



Deets: Japanese sweet potato toasts (sliced thinly and baked on 400 for about 35-40 mins). One topped with my new brownie better spread (recipe coming to blog this week), strawberries, banana, dark chocolate and hemp seeds. One with arugula, pea shoots, avo, egg and sunflower seeds. One with homemade coconut yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, paleo granola and cashew butter.
