Today it’s a simple (and perhaps plain) #ricebowl with broccoli and tofu cooked in red braising sauce. There is a LOT of sauce at the base of this bowl so it is not dry at all.

Have you noticed that whenever you add sriracha to your food, you eat a lot more? Or is it just me? I’ve come to the conclusion that it has something to do with all of the E-numbers in it so I’m planning to either look for an alternative without all the E-numbers or develop my own recipe… #veganbysomi
