How many times have you been on a diet and had something naughty and given up on the day?

Smashed something down that wasn’t entirely part of the plan and let that turn into an emotional biscuit blowout and give up altogether?
Firstly it’s ok as it’s happened to us all but, it really doesn’t have to be like that.
Having a burger, cookies, wine, chocolate, crisps or whatever really isn’t going to make any difference in the long run.
