Remember when I said I didn’t like butternut squash? I think I lied ? Or actually I just hadn’t found the right way to cook it yet. It turns out that I adore it in stews. It absorbs all the flavours really well and sort of tastes like a really soft sweet potato. Looks like I’m going to be overdosing on them now ?
