Cruising into the weekend with these cookie bars like ?? These are made out of CHICKPEAS if you can believe it! This was my first time working with chickpeas as a base for sweets, and I have to say, they turned out pretty amazing (as if I need another excuse to be obsessed with chickpeas ?)!
