GARLICY BEETROOT SPREAD ✨ Last week when I was visiting a friend of mine she served me up this delicious spread and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since 😍 It’s the perfect balance of sweet + savoury with the roasted beets and dates pulsed with garlic, lemon juice and salt 🌿 I recreated my own version, so if you’re looking for me I’ll be adding this to everything I eat from now on ✨.
To make 👇🏼: roast 1 large beet wrapped in tinfoil at 450 for 60 minutes. Once that’s done, slice it up and add it to a food processor or high powered blender with 2 small cloves of garlic, the juice of 1 lemon, 2 medjool dates + a pinch of salt. Pulse together until smooth and enjoy 💛
