There’s something about the flavour combination of pad that is just so delicious ? I always thought that it would be way too challenging to make at home or wouldn’t taste like the real thing, destined to always be something I order at Thai restaurants (along with green curry, FYI) but I was sooo wrong, and I’m glad I was ?? Since making this a few weeks ago it’s become a part of the weekly meal rotation ✨.
I used @frommybowl ‘s Vegan Pad Thai recipe with only a few minor changes?? half the amount of maple syrup instead of her suggested sugar, using whole wheat flour instead of arrowroot powder to thicken (3x the amount suggested) an addition of a tablespoon of peanut butter with the sauce, and a ton more veggies. Other than that, follow her recipe because it’s GOLD ?
