What would you take first!?
Fluffy Pancakes, creamy cinnamon mushroom latte or almond vanilla yogurt. Let me know in the comments and I’ll send it over to ya 😉
Creamy cinnamon Mushroom latte
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 chai tea bag
1 mushroom tablet (@wholeearthsea)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Heat almond milk and water together in a pot or in microwave. Steep tea bag for 3-4 minutes. Remove tea bag then add maple syrup, cinnamon, salt and open one mushroom tablet and pour the inside of the pill into the latte. If you have a electric milk frother, use it to blend the ingredients together and create a frothy and foamy latte. Or pour all ingredients into a blender and quickly blend for 15-20 seconds.
If been incorporating mushrooms into my everyday routine for over a month now and have been really seeing amazing benefits in my mood and over all health. The one I used in my latte in particular is one of my favorites because it’s a combination of several different 🍄 : maitake, shiitake, reishi, cordyceps, chaga and lion’s mane, which are all well-known for supporting immunity, energy and cognitive health as well as stress management.
