A few foods & fluids that might help improve your mouth. Answering your question @katie.m ?
1. Water. (Let’s start with the obvious). It helps to rinse away food and sugars left on the teeth that can cause decay. Drinking water after food & drink such as coffee can help to reduce staining on the teeth and from a tap it delivers fluorides to the teeth, helping to protect them from decay
2. Unsweetened green and black tea and Blueberries contain polyphenols which kill or suppress bacteria in the mouth. Like water, Tea also delivers fluoride
3. Calcium and phosphate rich foods help to protect against decay. So include cheese, unsweetened milk and yoghurt.
4. Crunchy vegetables (that are not acidic) such as carrot & celery act as a natural scrub for the teeth. Chewing also stimulates saliva which works to protect the teeth against decay
5. Another reason to decrease sugary foods.. sugars, honey, syrups, sweets, soft drink, biscuits, dried fruit increase your risk of tooth decay
Ah, the age-old debate of cats versus dogs. A hot topic that has divided households for generations. It’s a tale as old as time – furry felines squaring off against lovable pups, vying for the title of man’s best friend.
Now, let’s take a paw-sitively purr-fect look at why cats may just come out on top in this pet-tastic showdown. Sure, dogs may fetch your slippers and wag their tails in excitement, but cats have a certain je ne sais quoi that can’t be ignored. Just think about the way they strut around like they own the place, turning their noses up at anyone who dare disturb their beauty sleep.
And let’s not forget about the entertainment factor. While dogs may perform tricks on command, cats have a knack for finding themselves in the most hilarious predicaments. From getting stuck in the blinds to batting around a toy mouse like it’s the real deal, cats provide endless hours of amusement.
But let’s face it, when it comes down to the nitty gritty, cats may just edge out dogs in the ease of care department. No need for daily walks or constant attention, cats are perfectly content lounging around the house and giving you side-eye when they feel like it.
So, while the dog lovers may argue that their furry friends are the superior choice, us cat enthusiasts know that our feline companions reign supreme. In the battle of cats versus dogs, it’s clear that cats have clawed their way to the top of the pet hierarchy.
