Starting the week with a full fridge ? Haven’t done a meal prep this big in awhile! Getting back to foods that make me feel good with a prep that is pretty clean ?? No dairy in this spread and it’s lower in refined sugar – Find that I have been having too much dairy/sugar lately (which in moderation is FINE) but I’ve been feeling a bit sluggish so know I can be more accountable with my diet. Will still be trying to eat a lot of volume with my meals but focused on cleaner whole foods.
