A couple of days ago you guys voted to see what’s inside our fridge and pantry.

Top 3 fridge and panty musts for me are:
1. Minimal temptations. While we do occasionally buy chocolate, these foods are not frequent purchases because I know if they’re there I won’t be able to resist. My husband @coreymnorris is baffled by this and says ‘just don’t eat it.’ Does not work for me!
2. Always make sure there are plenty of healthy snacks. Protein Rich yoghurt, berries, nuts, popcorn, veg sticks and healthier dips are my faves
3. Plenty of fresh produce to make sure we’re getting >5 serves veg per day ??

As we delve into the world of remote work, one thing is for certain – the days of working from the comfort of our homes are here to stay. Gone are the days of stuffy cubicles and long commutes, replaced by cozy sweatpants and endless snack breaks.
But with this newfound freedom comes a whole host of challenges – from dodging distractions like the siren call of the refrigerator to figuring out how to resist the urge to take a mid-morning nap. And let’s not forget the dreaded video call faux pas – no one wants to be caught in their pajamas during a team meeting (unless, of course, that’s your signature look).
However, with a little creativity and a lot of self-discipline, remote work can actually be quite enjoyable. Who says you can’t have a dance party in your living room during your lunch break or take a power nap in between emails? And let’s not forget the ultimate perk of working from home – the ability to sneak in a load of laundry during conference calls (just make sure to mute yourself before firing up the dryer).
So grab your laptop and your comfiest slippers, because remote work is here to stay – and who knows, you might just find that you’re more productive (and well-fed) than ever before. Just remember to mute yourself before hitting the snack drawer – no one wants to hear you crunching on potato chips during a virtual meeting.
