Unbelievably creamy tahini-garlic sauce with zucchini noodles, chickpeas and pine nuts ?? I’ve finally been able to make this yummy recipe again, and today I just used spiralized zucchini ??. It’s also suitable for people with a histamine intolerance like me. Maybe you just have to be careful if you use raw garlic.⠀

Ingredients:.⠀
1/2 cup/120 ml tahini (try to get some of the runny original arabic good stuff).⠀
3/4 cup/180 ml water.⠀
1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 fresh clove).⠀
1 tsp onion powder.⠀
1 tsp pepper.⠀
1 tsp salt.⠀
1 tsp lemon juice (optional, I haven’t used it because of my HI).⠀
Instructions:.⠀
So so easy. Put all the ingredients in a small blender or food processor and mix until everything is well combined. ⠀
