And guess what? That goes for commenting on other people’s food but also judging YOURSELF!

The amount we eat and what we eat is going to differ from day to day. That’s normal. That’s to be expected. Diet culture is the one who has made us feel like it’s wrong for our hunger to fluctuate. It always prescribes us a specific amount of calories/macros/points to eat each day which is bananas because our bodies don’t DO the same things every day (the same amount of strokes brushing your hair, trips to the bathroom, our bodies fighting off illnesses from the inside, etc!).

Except your hunger to change!

Learning to become intune with your hunger cues is key to getting rid of your food rules.
