I’m not anti smoothies but here’s a couple of things to note.
1. It’s important to keep them balanced. Many are low in protein and high in carbs (through loads of fruit or using fruit juice the main liquid) which means they’ll leave you hungry.
2. Most contain 400-500 calories which tends to be a bit high if your using them as a snack (unless you have reasonably high energy requirements).
