These are the things I think about every time I make a meal.

Do I always implement each one? Nope. Do I always consider? Yep. Whether or not I check the box depends on what would satisfy me that day.

For example: If I’m wanting ice cream I’m NOT going to try to force myself to have frozen fruit. That WOULD take away from my enjoyment and satisfaction greatly. If I just want something sweet and refreshing but not craving anything specific? I might be more likely to have some frozen fruit for a bit of gentle nutrition if it would it the bill.
