Pick what option YOU like best. Not what one you think has the most antioxidants (➡️why lots of people praise dark chocolate). When it comes to nutrition think about what you do FOR THE MOST part not one one individual item that doesn’t make up the bulk for your eating.

An example? ?Do you consume some colorful fruits and veggies ???? on most days? Start there. Not micromanaging what type of chocolate you enjoy. This is how I teach gentle nutrition in @the_socieaty. ?Focus on the big picture.? Lay a solid foundation of a nutrient dense diet. ❤️That comes first!

And if you pick the one you think is “healthiest” but it’s not what you truly want you’re probably going to wind up eating MORE of it to “hit the spot”.
